idfend iGData (Intelligent Gaming/Global Database) platform delivers a standardized format for creating profiles of industry "desirables" or "undesirables". It delivers a tool that enables associations to be created for fraud, gang members, casino advantage players, high rollers or any number of individuals. idfend iGData provides complete customizable profiling and incident information including physical characteristics, suspect history such as advantage play or shoplifting with associated media assets, such as photos and video. It also allows users to enter specific suspect information directly into the database and create user specific categories. With built in TWAIN and video support, idfend iGData takes advantage of multimedia devices such as digital cameras, scanners and CCTV cameras to deliver photos and other media for suspect profiling.
