Ensure that your system meets the following client and server requirements before installing the idfend iTrak software. Note, recommended configurations listed.

idfend VeraPort Client Software

• Microsoft Windows XP
• 256 MB RAM (minimum)
• 512 MB RAM (recommended)
• 1.3 GHz Pentium Processor
• 40 GB HD
• 2 COM ports / 2 USB ports
• Audio card compatible with 16 bit SoundBlaster
• Video capture card or USB video converter compatible with WDM
• (DirectX 8.0)
• 10 Mbit network adapter

Server

• 512 MB RAM (minimum)
• 1 GB RAM (recommended)
• 1.3 GHz Pentium Processor
• 40 GB HD
• Audio card compatible with 16 bit SoundBlaster
• 100 Mbit network adapter
• 10/100 Mbit network hub (number of ports determined by number of client machines)

  NOTE: server and client modules may reside on same machine.
